Preparing the coordination, the codification and the simplification of legislation
- To Coordinate means to collate in one act provisions regarding the same object which are spread out in various acts. Usually the coordination is intended to harmonize all successive modifications to an act of legislation.
- To codify means to collate in one act several acts which are linked by a common outline.
- To simplify means to make suggestions to adjust in an orderly manner legal provisions which are out of date or the execution, the interpretation or the application of which are the cause of serious problems.
